needs. The following are some examples of custom training programs and
services offered:
Computer Aided Design (CAD) Training - The Computer Training division of
Professional Systems, Inc is currently contracted by to GUEA to provide
comprehensive CAD training services that include customized curriculum
development and a certified full time CAD instructor. Students at the
Urban Construction and Training Center receive state of the art CAD
training skill in using AutoCAD and MicroStation Software and ability
to design and read blueprints to be used in various trade construction
disciplines.
Technical Staff Training and Development, Jones Magnet High School,
CPS - When Jones Magnet High School looked to provide teachers with
computer based Graphics Arts training Professional Systems, Inc. developed
a customized train-the-trainer curriculum to meet there needs.
Professional Systems, Inc provided on-site instructor led training
to prepare teacher to incorporate computer based graphics arts into
the curriculum.
Tech37 - Maggie Dailey's Gallery 37 provides many training programs
to develop Chicago's youth. Their flagship programs is the Tech37
Program. As part of the Tech37 program Professional Systems, Inc.
developed a custom technology based training program for students
of the Carver Military Academy. The course provided training in
technology that is used in practical business applications. Using
a Graphics Business as the basis of the course the course students
were trained in operating a business and in practical uses of software
and technology used in business. The following lists some of the
